Sinai Gourmet South Carolina Barbecue Sauce

Sinai Gourmet South Carolina Barbecue Sauce is a delicious mustard based sauce ideal for basting or finishing any protein including beef, pork, chicken, fish or tofu. Rooted in the culture of The South and the low and slow BBQ style of cooking whole hogs,  it has deep mustard notes with thick tangy taste and some sweet and sour notes. Amazingly, this BBQ sauce even doubles as a delicious salad dressing as is. Go figure! Our barbecue sauces are gluten free, clean label (nothing artificial, no preservatives), and is 100% artisanal.

INGREDIENTS: Sugars (brown sugar, honey), yellow mustard, ketchup, Dijon grain mustard, apple cider vinegar, apple purée, tomato paste, salt, and spices.
