Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

1 jar (7oz) of Roasted Red Peppers, drained
30 oz. of canned Chickpeas, drained
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil of your choice or any of our infused olive oils
2 tsp sea salt, or to your taste

Place all of the ingredients into your food processor and process until creamy and smooth (I used our Vitamix). Adjust seasoning as desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve and drizzle with more fresh olive oil if desired.
